As you may know, we should not take with signs and placards in to concerts, and even as Justin's. It is to everyone to look as good as possible. (For how fun would it be to sit behind a person having a billboard?) In all cases, there is a video that was shot after Justin's concert Aug. 21 in Toronto at all placards and signs as fans tried to bring up. Security personnel will then enter and take care of all signs and placards ...
